By accessing and using the BeautyStops platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

BeautyStops platform provides booking services for beauty salons and aesthetic clinics. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and using our services.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Booking cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Refunds will be processed according to each business's policy. For deposits that have been paid, refunds depend on our partner business policies. BeautyStops reserves the right to facilitate refunds in accordance with applicable terms.

4. Liability and Limitation of Responsibility

BeautyStops acts as an intermediary platform between customers and service providers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by salons or clinics. All services are provided 'as is'. We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of services for any particular purpose.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the BeautyStops platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of BeautyStops or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not interfere with or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform in any way. Offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content is not permitted.

7. Changes to Terms

BeautyStops reserves the right to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the service after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
